Christmas Party/ Farewell

This weekend we had an EPIC ugly christmas sweater party! It was also a chance for Aubrie to say goodbye to her friends before she leaves on her mission. She is going to Mesa, Arizona and will be missed dearly by one certain person named caity camp! Three random things that happened at this party. One: right in the middle of the party some random kid came and dropped a duck in our apt. He just walked in, set the duck down and ran! We were all so shocked that we didn't know what to do. Until the duck pooped on our carpet and then we decided it would be best to get it out of our humble abode. Two: someone surprised us by bringing a real christmas tree to the party as a gift for Aubrie! our apartment smells soo good. It made all of our night :) and three...well there really isn't a third I just thought it sounded better then saying two random things. Merry Christmas! peace out

This month has been super fun and cray! I love October. It is the perfect month. The weather is just starting to change from hot to cold but their are those days where you can still wear shorts and a t-shirt. I love everything about fall time. I love watching the leaves change. There is something about fall that makes me want to sit on a park bench and just think about life. Anyways enough with the rambling. I have done some crazy things this month! Earlier in the month I went dune buggying, I carved pumpkins and went to a haunted mill( I seriously almost soiled myself it was so scary) I do miss halloween at home though. There is no fun in celebrating Halloween unless you have little kids, which I don't. But I think I did a pretty good job at entertaining myself :) Last night we went to an old abandoned house just outside of Rexburg and told scary stories. It was way creepy. I hope y'all have a spooky halloween!

BSU!!!

Hello World!! I decided that it was time I re-aquaint myself with the blogging world. These past couple months have been the busiest months ( is it possible to be so busy at one time but then looking back you can't remember why?). I spent time with my family down in vegas and mostly just worked and sat by the poolside. It ROCKED!!! best. summer. ever. I am definitely not ready for it to end. The weather is starting to change in rexburg and it is making me very sad. However, I do love the changing of seasons and it is fun putting up halloween decorations. This past weekend I went to my FIRST college football game and it was not BYU's. I am still deciding if I forgive BYU for humiliating me in front of my utah friends. I went to Boise state's game and it was sooo much fun!! Anyways i'll let the pictures do most of the talking.

p.s. i did not buy a boise state shirt. I could never do that. It felt sinful just wearing it.

Tribute

This week I did some crazy fun things!! the weather finally turned beautiful and it pulled everyone out of hibernation. I didn't realize how many people live in Rexburg until I got to the park and it was crawling with college students ( me included). I went down to Driggs,ID for a mission farewell and it was a blast. I played croquet, had ice cream, and just enjoyed myself. Definitely one of the best weekends ever :) I will dearly miss my two good friends Ryan and Phill. Here's to you!!

1st week of college/Easter

For easter me and the roommies had a egg dying-desert soiree. We made chocoloate covered pretzels, decorated cupcakes and decorated eggs. It was a blast!

I officially made it through my first week of classes. This is going to be a very challenging semester but I am still way excited. I am taking some special education classes ( not because I'm special but because it is my major), BOM and unfortunately math and english. Wish me luck!!
